Sump & Ejector Pump Installation and Repair
We have over 17+ years of experience serving customers, are fully licensed, bonded, and insured, and treat everyone we work with like family.
Many homes and many more condominium buildings in and around Elk Grove Village have a sump pump, which is designed to protect their basement from flooding during heavy rain and snow/ice melting. Many homes and buildings also have an overhead sewer system, which requires an ejector pump to remove waste water from the basement level. All too often, they have a single sump pump and a single ejector pump. However, that is not the end of the discussion! At some point, one of the following situations will occur.
- The power goes out
- The level control on the primary pump is obstructed or fails
- The primary pump fails due to some other mechanical problem
- The primary pump is clogged with debris
Therefore, every home should have a reliable back up pump system for peace of mind, and for when one of the above situations occurs. In addition to protecting valuable possessions of the property, the best benefit of all is avoiding the frustrating, aggravating hours or clean up time and money, as well a potential disease associated with a flood.
There is a multitude of sump and ejector pump back up systems on the market. There are some very inexpensive units available online and from big box stores. We do not recommend most of them. Using an inferior system on the single most valuable purchase one is likely to make in their lifetime-your home-is not a good way to save money. Our sump and ejector pump systems are made locally to a high standard. Our sump systems come with the option to use two high-quality pumps with a controller that exercises each pump, so they are both ready to go and monitored so that you are alerted should there be an issue. If you do not currently have a backup system and have a sump and/or an ejector pump, or you have an older or lower quality system, let us come out to discuss a very important upgrade for your home.
